101 Uses for Books…

I’ve been “reading” more audiobooks lately.  I haven’t gotten to review them yet but I listened to both Outliers  and The Ten Faces of Innovation recently.  I’m also listening to the Harry Potter series with Melissa (I’ve read them all but she hasn’t).

Since I don’t have as much of a need for my physical books anymore, I wondered what I might be able to do with them.  Here here is my list of 101 things I could do with the hard copies of books if I don’t need them anymore.

1. Read…duh
2-101. Art

Off Beat Earth did a cool review of a bunch of different art pieces made totally out of old books.  There is some pretty impressive stuff.  Here are a few of my favorites.

  1. Secondly, it is highly unlikely that these new/newer vehicles are having their brake systems flushed and replaced with non-Toyota brake fluid just for the sake of doing so, especially in the numbers of vehicles that are being recalled (740,000 vehicles in the United States and 1.53 million worldwide). This proposed cause is so improbable it borders on ridiculous.

  2. Ooof. I am so sorry to hear your day went that way and so sorry that my concerns were not unfounded. If I may add another silver lining:

  3. I am really enjoying the theme/design of your web site. Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility problems? A number of my blog audience have complained about my blog not operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Firefox. Do you have any recommendations to help fix this issue?

  4. Imagine if that happened on a regular basis in Bordeaux reviews that he publishes.
