Tilt Shift Maker

A while back I saw a few of these videos made with a tilt-shift effect. It makes them look like they are full of little toy people.

Now there is a site were you can make pictures like this for yourself. I think they look kinda cool. Especially when you fill them with awesome orange and blue illini fans!
